Communication paves the way for successful collaborations! We start with an initial meeting, which can be conducted either verbally or via text. We agree on a price that gives you value for money, and you usually get several collaboration options. Based on your needs and wishes, I create content that both you and your target audience will love. I am happy to maintain ongoing communication via email or text message during the process so that you feel included and get a result that is exactly what you want.

Of course, I always work actively according to the customer's wishes and situation, have regular check-ins to see what you think, and use my marketing skills to create a result that works. If, despite everything, you are not satisfied with the result, we will have an open dialogue about this to find solutions. Revisions are a natural part of the creative process, and before we begin working together, I'll specify the number of revisions you are entitled to within the price frame - regardless of the reason for them.

In short, whatever suits the content best. In graphics, JPG, PNG, and SVG are the most common formats. In photography, high-resolution JPG is usually delivered. And in videography, MP4. The size of the files is also adapted to where the content will be used, while if you want an updated image bank with full user rights (can be used anywhere), the highest possible quality is delivered so you can compress the files if necessary.

Strandify prefers to deliver fully edited results, since much of the magic happens during the editing process. Raw files are delivered in limited cases.

Of course! However, in my experience, I have noticed that many customers have a subconscious direction and desire in terms of visual content. But with my well-processed set of questions, I can usually figure out what you are looking for, even if you are not “aware of it.”
